Our Core Salon Policies

Notice Needed: We kindly ask for 2–3 days of advance notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the open time slot to another waiting pet on our list.

Peace of Mind: We focus heavily on keeping detailed behavioural and physical health notes for every single dog we groom. This strict record-keeping ensures consistent, safe, and highly personalized care at every single visit.
